R&S: Shouldn't we abolish welfare in America?

With welfare, people will gradually become lazy and dependent on the government, instead of working hard for a living. Only lazy people benefit from it at the expense of hard-working people. Evolution dictates survival of the fittest; the best and hardworking win while the poor and meek die off. That is how it should be, if you're poor and you don't want to work, then just die off.
