How do you find your passion in life?

Looking for find some perspective. And I apologize in advance for the rant! In a nutshell, I'm a confused 21 year old in a quasi quarterlife crisis. I don't know myself anymore, I've realized that I've completely changed. I've lost my direction in life and now realize that what i wanted for my life is changing. I used to be a meek and obedient, and dreamed of being a doctor. But now, three years later I realize that I was who I was because I was blindly obeying what others wanted me to be. Now, I'm a senior in college and I'm reading Nietzsche, questioning my fundamental values, thinking of skipping graduate school and don't know what to do with myself. So back to my question, how did you find your passion in life?
