Need help after windows 7 instalation.... need to find web cam drivers for Sony vaio VGN-SZ120P/B ?

after instaling windows 7 onto my Sony vaio VGN-SZ120P/B i found that a few drivers were missing..... mainly my web camera driver. i tried to use skype and it did not detect my web camera..... i tried later just accesse my web camera and could not do so. i need to know what to do so i can countiue to use my (bulit in) web camera again.... plz help...... i have had widows 7 for about 3 months, but just know started to use skype again and found this problem
