I see my elderly, widowed Mom 4 times/yr for total 16 days. Is this enough?

I call her 3x/wk for about 20 minutes per call. My wife and I have no children, and no brothers or sisters. My Mom is healthy and active and has many friends. She complains that we don't see her enough. We live 3 hours away.
