Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth, what does this mean to you?

For me, this means treating everyone in a fair manner. Do not interfere in other peoples lives, don't gossip, don't spread rumors or work against your neighbors. Basically, do not make trouble where there is none! Those who will inherit the earth, are content to live their lives without animosity, suspicion, greed, jealousy or hatred! That's my take on it anyway, or should we continue in our petty pursuits until no human is worthy of salvation?
